We offer two distinct Beginning Orchestra programs designed to meet the needs of different students.

For Students Without a School Program:
Embark on your string-playing journey with us! This program is ideal for beginners with no current school orchestra involvement. We provide instruction in violin, viola, or cello, meeting twice a week. Rehearsals will be held on Saturdays and once during the week, either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, based on group consensus. (The specific weekday will be determined each season after the group is formed.)
Program Fee: $700 for the year or $70 per month.

For Students Enrolled in a Once-a-Week Denton ISD Program:
For students participating in a once-a-week orchestra program through Denton ISD, we offer an additional Saturday class to provide a second day of instruction. Our director will collaborate with the school orchestra directors to ensure the pacing aligns with the school program.
Program Fee: $350 for the year or $35 per month.

No Audition Required:
Students interested in joining the Beginning Orchestra are not required to audition. To express your interest, please complete the application form below. After receiving your submission, we will assist you in selecting an instrument and provide additional information to help you get started.
