Thank you for your interest in auditioning for the Youth Symphony of Denton Orchestra Program. Our program offers a number of performance opportunities for our members throughout the year including four formal Concerts, informal performances in public venues, as well as student socials, chamber performances opportunities, summer camp and more.
Please check out the audition FAQs and fill out the Audition form. Throughout the regular seasons, auditions are held as requested. You will be contacted to set up your audition day and time after we receive your audition form.
Auditions can occur year-round as spaces are available, usually at the beginning of each concert set. We bring wind, brass and percussion members into the Symphony Orchestra in early November. There is no specific audition music for these instrumentalists, and we ask students to play something that shows their highest level of ability.
