Financial Information

2025-2026 Annual Tuition: 
  • $ 700 - Philharmonic and Symphony Orchestras
  • $ 500 - String Orchestra
  • $ 500 - Beginning Orchestra Once a week participation
  • $ 360 - Beginning Orchestra Once a week Shultz
  • $ 700 - Beginning Orchestra Twice a week participation
  • $ 490 - Symphony Orchestra Winds and Brass
  • $ 300 - Chamber Music 
If accepted into the program, annual tuition is payable to the Youth Symphony of Denton. Payments may be made in one of the following options:Ten equal monthly installments (August through May), Two installments (at the beginning of each semester), or A full payment at the start of the season. For students joining mid-year, tuition will be prorated accordingly. Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month, with a $10 late fee applied if paid after the 15th.

Payment Methods
You can make payments by cash, check or Venmo:
CASH: place in an envelope with the child's name written on the front
CHECKS: make payable to Youth Symphony Denton include student's name in the memo
VENMO @Youth-SymphonyDenton include student's name in the "What's this for" section

Financial Assistance
No student will ever be excluded from participating in the orchestra program due to financial constraints. The Youth Symphony offers scholarships to students who require financial assistance. To apply, please complete the request form below, and you will be sent a formal application. Upon submission of the application, you will be notified of your acceptance by the Executive Director. While we encourage participants to contribute a partial fee, we are also able to offer a limited number of full scholarships to those in need.
